iFinger Limited ("iFinger") is committed to protecting your privacy when you use the iFinger website (the "Site") or its software products the "Products"). Set out below is a statement explaining (amongst other things) what information we collect when you use the Site and Products, and how we may use such information.

Why we collect information

Our principal aim in collecting information from you is to send you software, and for the purposes of facilitating payment through the use of credit cards. However, we also use the information to provide you, the user, with a more personalised experience when using our Site and Products. Collecting such information also enables us to monitor and improve our performance.

What information we collect

When you buy a product you will need to provide us with your name and e-mail address. This information will enable us, once you have made the payment, to provide you with your unique licence key for the Product.

At this stage, you may also choose to provide us with additional information, including your age, sex, occupation, interest areas and preferred language and currency. We will be able to use this information to customise the content of our Site and Products and meet your specific demands. However, this information is optional and you are not obliged to provide us with this information.

When you have registered with iFinger you enter the Payment Form where you will be asked to provide your address, credit card number and expiry date of your credit card. This information is given directly to our payment provider to enable them to process and fulfil your order. This information is neither recorded nor stored by iFinger.

Once you have purchased a Product we will create a personal page for you, where your Products will sit.

What we use information for

With your permission we may use your contact information to send you further information about iFinger. We may also to share this information with the iFinger partner responsible for the content of the Product you have purchased.
We may need to transfer your personal data to another organisation on a sale of the assets of iFinger or if iFinger goes into liquidation. You will, however, be notified of the identity of the new holder of the information and can exercise your option to withdraw your consent to such information being held.

It is our policy not to share any personally identifiable information with third parties, other than in an aggregate form. For example, we may tell third parties that X% of our regular users are female.

Credit card details are used solely to fulfil orders. This information will be used to process your request for products and services and will not be shared with third parties who are not involved with the transaction.

We may disclose information if required to do so by a court of law or other relevant body.
